All of our products are 100% guaranteed for quality & consumer satisfaction through the Best By date If you have a return you'd like to submit, please submit the following information: •Picture of Product showing the Name and Size •Picture of Lot/Best By sticker (on the bottom or back of the package) •Reason for the return •Quantity of each item Depending on the situation we will either send a replacement, issue a credit or issue a refund DAMAGES ON DELIVERY UPS has changed their requirements for claiming transit damages so in order for us to process Damages on Delivery, we will need the following within 10 days of receiving any damaged packages: 1. Item name(s) and size(s) 2. Quantity damaged 3. Dimensions of the box (height, length, width) 4. PHOTOS SHOWING: •damaged item(s) and how it was packed inside the box •damaged item(s) itself •packaging material used (may not apply) •close-up of shipping label with tracking number (starts with "1Z4") •close-up of box manufacturer's certificate (on outside bottom of box) •the box top and two sides •the box bottom and other two sides Please note that these requirements were put forth by UPS and will be required in order to reimburse you for all items that may arrive damaged in transit
